Exam tomorrow!
Yesterday, I pulled a muscle in my right butt-cheek, while doing some cardio, don’t know how that’s possible.. :/
Anyways, today I went for a light exercise; An hour of Kendall Hogan’s Bootcamp Calorie Burn (did the video 2x) and 20 minutes of light stretching Pilates.
The pain is gone, there’s just a weird feeling in my right butt cheek right now haha.
Tomorrow no exercises; exam time. Yay…
Kind of dreading tomorrow, I have extreme Atychiphobia (fear of failure). And though it’s my second exam this year, I’m even more nervous than before.

Sunday, I did the 30DS Level 1 and an hour (!) of Pilates.
Monday was a rest day.
Today I kicked ass with various POP! Pilates vids and the 30DS Level 2!
It’s all coming back again.. :D
Oh and I’ve lost 4 pounds since last Monday! I started out at 154 (69.7 kg) and am now 150 (68 kg).
And to celebrate this, a Tom Hiddleston gif, just because he’s incredibly UNF.

Including:
- 30DS Level 1
- An hour of different POP Pilates video
- 30 Minutes of Cardio.
And, my sweating has decreased A LOT. Finally gaining some stamina!
Pilates, pilates, pilates.
30DS + An hour of Pilates.
